1. Introduction

Welcome to Infynity (“App,” “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Pi Beam Labs Pvt Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Chennai, India.

By registering, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and discontinue its use.

2. Scope of Services

Infynity is a technology aggregator platform that facilitates the following services:

  • Gig Work Matching: Connecting freelance/gig workers with potential third-party employers
  • Document Assistance: Consultancy services for assisting with applications for government documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, DL)
  • Health Services: Facilitating video consultations with independent Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) and listing health plans
  • Exclusive Deals: Aggregating offers and deals from third-party vendors

3. Government Document Services (Mandatory Disclaimer)

3.1 Not a Government Agency

Infynity is a private entity and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (Parivahan), the Income Tax Department, or any other government agency.

3.2 Nature of Fees

Any fees charged within this section of the App are strictly “Professional Consultancy Fees” for the manual effort of reviewing, processing, and assisting with your application. You explicitly acknowledge that you can avail of these services directly via the respective government portals for free or at a nominal statutory fee.

3.3 No Guarantee of Outcome

We act solely as a filing assistant. We do not guarantee that your application will be accepted by the relevant government authority. Rejection due to data discrepancies, policy changes, or lack of proof is outside our control.

3.4 Non-Refundable Service Fee

Fees paid for document assistance are non-refundable once the application filing process has been initiated by our team, regardless of the final outcome determined by the government authority.

4. Health and Telemedicine Services

4.1 Technology Facilitator Only

The App provides a technological platform to connect you with independent Registered Medical Practitioners (“RMPs”). We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The delivery of healthcare is the sole responsibility of the independent RMP.

4.2 Payment & Agency Relationship

  • Appointment of Agent: You acknowledge that Infynity acts as the authorized billing agent for the Third-Party Medical Provider
  • Discharge of Debt: Payment made by you to Infynity shall be considered the same as payment made directly to the Service Provider. Your obligation to the Provider is extinguished upon your payment to us
  • Bank Statement: Charges for these services will appear on your bank statement as “Infynity” or “Pi Beam Labs”

4.3 No Emergency Services

DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. If you are facing a medical emergency, please disconnect and visit the nearest hospital immediately.

5. Gig Work & Employment Platform

5.1 No Employment Relationship

Infynity is a marketplace. We are not the employer of any gig worker, nor are we the agent of any employer. We do not guarantee that you will be hired, nor do we guarantee payment from third-party employers found through the App.

5.2 User Responsibility

Users are advised to exercise due diligence before entering into any work contracts. We are not liable for workplace disputes, non-payment of wages by third parties, or safety conditions at third-party worksites.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm). We do not store your banking passwords, UPI PINs, or credit card details.

6.2 Refund Policy

  • Consultation/Document Fees: Refundable only if we fail to initiate the service within 7 days of payment
  • Rejections: Fees are NOT refundable if the government authority or doctor rejects your application/case based on the data provided
  • Subscriptions: Subscription fees for health plans are non-refundable once the active period has commenced

7. User Conduct & Data Accuracy

You agree that:

  • You will not upload fake, forged, or stolen identity documents
  • You will provide accurate medical history during consultations
  • You will not use the App for any illegal purpose or to defraud third parties

Penalty: Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant legal authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Pi Beam Labs Pvt Ltd and its directors/employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:

  • Rejection of government document applications
  • Medical outcomes, misdiagnosis, or treatment errors by RMPs
  • Disputes with employers or gig workers
  • Defects in products purchased via third-party deals

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
