INFYNITY is a private platform and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Government of India, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (Parivahan), or any other government agency.
1.2 Nature of Services
Document Assistance: Services related to Aadhaar or Driving License correction are administrative consultancy services. We charge a professional fee to assist you in filing corrections manually or electronically. You may avail of these services directly via government portals for free or at a nominal cost.
Health Services: Medical consultations are facilitated through third-party licensed medical practitioners. We are a technology aggregator and do not provide medical advice directly.
Exclusive Deals & Offers: We provide access to exclusive discounts, offers, and benefits from third-party brands and service providers. These offers are available only to Infynity users and cannot be accessed outside the Infynity platform. We act solely as a technology facilitator to display these offers and redirect you to the partner's website or application as applicable.
1.3 No Guarantee of Outcome
For document correction services, we act solely as a filing agent and facilitator. We do not guarantee the acceptance of your application by government authorities. The fees charged are for the service of processing, reviewing, and filing your application. These fees are non-refundable even in the event of rejection, delay, or objection by the relevant government authority due to document discrepancies or bureaucratic processes beyond our control.
1.4 Insurance Listing Platform
We act as a technology intermediary to list insurance products from authorized third-party insurers. We are not an insurance company. Any insurance policy purchased is a contract directly between you and the Insurance Provider. We do not underwrite risk or guarantee claim settlements.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you (“Personal Information”).
2.1 Personal Identification Information
- Name, Date of Birth, Gender
- Contact details (Phone Number, Email Address, Residential Address)
- Profile photographs
2.2 Government Identity Documents (Sensitive Data)
To provide verification and document correction services, we may ask you to upload or authorize access to:
- Aadhaar Card images or XML data
- PAN Card images
- Driving License (DL) images
- DigiLocker Data: If you choose to verify via DigiLocker, we receive verified document data from the government repository via authorized intermediaries
2.3 Health and Insurance Data
Medical History: Symptoms, prescriptions, and past records (shared only with doctors for consultation).
Insurance Details: Existing policy details for claims assistance or demographic data for generating new insurance quotes.
Telemedicine Consent: By using the health consultation feature, you consent to the transfer of your medical data to Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Government of India. You acknowledge that the App is a technology facilitator and not a medical provider.
2.4 Employment Data
Work history, skills, and job preferences (for Gig Job matching).
2.5 Device and Usage Data
Device ID, IP address, and operating system (for security and fraud prevention).
App interaction data (e.g., video content viewed on OTT Play).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:
- Job Matching: To verify your identity and connect you with relevant gig work opportunities
- Identity Verification: To authenticate your profile using third-party verification partners (e.g., matching your selfie with your ID)
- Document Correction: To manually process your request for correcting discrepancies in your Aadhaar or DL. This involves our internal operations team reviewing your uploaded documents
- Health & Insurance Services: To schedule appointments, share necessary medical context with doctors, and generate insurance quotes from third-party providers
- Payments: To process consultancy fees via secure payment gateways
- Deals & Offers: To provide exclusive deals and offers, we may use your interaction data—such as number of clicks, views, and expressed interest—to understand engagement levels and improve the relevance of offers displayed to you
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose your information only to the following categories of third parties for business purposes:
- Employers & Gig Requesters: We share your professional profile, verification status (Verified/Not Verified), and skills with prospective employers or gig requesters to facilitate job offers
- Verification Partners: We share your ID data with authorized verification agencies (e.g., HyperVerge, IDfy) solely to confirm your identity
- Medical Providers: Health data is shared securely with the specific doctor or hospital you book a consultation with
- Insurance Partners: If you request an insurance quote or apply for a policy, we share relevant details with our insurance partners to facilitate the issuance of the policy
- Service Providers: We may share data with cloud storage providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm) to facilitate app functionality
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities
- Deals & Offers Affiliates: If you access or interact with exclusive offers on Infynity, we may share limited engagement metrics with the respective brand or affiliate partner
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Document Deletion
Sensitive images of government documents used for “Correction Assistance” are archived securely after the service is rendered and deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.
Account Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You can do this within the App settings under “Delete Account” or by emailing us at info@infynity.app.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption of sensitive documents at rest
- Strict access controls for our internal staff handling document corrections
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
